People say 24/7 like it’s the limit. I don’t see it that way. The 25/8 shirt reads ‘25 hours, 8 days a week,’ and it’s about working beyond what everybody else calls the max.

I was driving a CDL route during COVID when I decided there had to be another way. That decision didn’t come with a shortcut. It came with work: learning, building, and showing up when nobody’s watching. BMG Ventures is what I built from there.

That’s what 25/8 means to me. It’s not about burning yourself out. It’s about putting in the extra effort on your credit, your business, and your plan, one day at a time, until it starts to move. BMG stands for Build. Motivate. Grow., and this line is the ‘build’ part said out loud.

Wear it as a reminder to yourself, and to whoever’s watching, that you’re not waiting on anybody.
