Refund Policy

The short version

1. Free DIY Credit Repair Guide

It's free. There's nothing to refund.

2. Six Weeks of Success ($150)

You can get a full refund if both are true: 1. You ask within 14 days of the purchase date, and 2. You haven't downloaded any file past Module 1.

Downloading Module 2 or later ends the refund window early, because the paid files have been delivered. After 14 days, the fee is non-refundable, except where Virginia law requires otherwise.

3. Complete Access ($500, or 2 × $275)

Same rule as Six Weeks of Success: 14 days from the purchase date, and nothing past Module 1 downloaded.

Paid in full ($500): an approved refund returns what you paid ($500, or $450 if you used code KEY88).

Brick by Brick (2 × $275, $550 total): - The 14 days run from your first payment. - Approved refund inside the window: we refund the $275 you paid and cancel the second payment. - After the window: the second $275 is still owed on its scheduled date. Stopping or disputing it doesn't cancel what you owe. - If the second payment fails, access can be paused until it clears.

Launch Assist (included in Complete Access, live now). Launch Assist isn't sold separately. - State filing fees, registered-agent fees, and bank fees go to those third parties, not to us. We can't refund them.

Pioneer Circle included with Complete Access: there's no separate monthly charge, so there's nothing separate to refund.

4. Pioneer Circle on its own, or added to Six Weeks ($15/month)

• Cancel anytime from your billing page or by email.
• Canceling stops the next $15 charge. The month you already paid isn't refunded, and there are no refunds for partial months.
• Access runs to the end of the paid month.
• Canceling the Circle doesn't affect a course purchase, and a course refund doesn't cancel the Circle by itself.

5. BMG Essentials shop (merch)

Every shop item is printed on demand: it's made just for you by our third-party print partner after you order. Because of that:

• No returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
• Misprinted, damaged, or defective? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund the item, at our choice or as we agree with you. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.
• Shipping: a flat $5.99 per order to US addresses. Shipping isn't refunded except when we refund an order because of our mistake, damage, or a defect.
• Wrong address: if an order is returned or lost because the shipping address entered at checkout was wrong or incomplete, reshipping may be at your cost.
• Lost in transit: if tracking shows your order hasn't arrived, email us and we'll work with the carrier and print partner to sort it out.

6. Full Online Presence Audit ($29 or $49)

• $29 covers up to 2 links. $49 covers 3 or more links, or any order that includes a website.
• We deliver your report within 3 business days of receiving your links.
• If we miss that, you get a full refund. Just email us.
• Once the report is delivered, it's non-refundable, because the work is done and the report is yours.
• The audit is report-only and informational. Not getting a particular result (followers, traffic, sales) isn't grounds for a refund.

7. Website build and website management

• Scope, timeline, payment schedule, and refund terms are confirmed on our call or in a written agreement. If there's a written agreement, it controls.
• Management can be canceled with 30 days' notice by email to bmg@bmgventure.com.
• Third-party costs (like domain, hosting or platform subscriptions, and paid apps) are paid to those providers and aren't refundable by us.

8. How to ask

Email bmg@bmgventure.com with: - the name on the order - the email you used at checkout - the product, and your order number if you have one - the purchase date (or delivery date, for merch) - for merch problems, a photo

We reply within three business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long the payment processor takes isn't up to us.

9. When we can say no

• A second refund request on the same product after an earlier refund.
• A request after the window closes, unless the law requires a refund.
• A chargeback filed while a refund request is already open. We'll answer the processor with this policy.

10. Referral commissions (We Eat Together)

No commission is paid on a refunded sale. If a sale is refunded after a commission was paid, we can take that amount out of the referrer's next payout. See the We Eat Together terms.

11. Not a results guarantee

A refund is about this policy, not about results. We don't promise a score change, a deletion, a loan, a client, income, followers, traffic, or sales, so not getting one isn't by itself grounds for a refund outside the windows above.
