BMG Ventures LLC ("BMG Ventures," "we," "us") runs bmgventure.com, bmg-venture1.systeme.io, and the BMG Pioneers community. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Info you give us: name, email, phone (if provided), and answers you submit in forms such as the free guide sign-up, the Launch Assist intake (state, credit score range, business plans, contact preferences), and contact or request forms.
  • Purchase info: orders are processed by our checkout and payment providers (such as systeme.io, Stripe, and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic usage data: our site and email tools may record pages visited, email opens, and clicks.
  • Merch QR scans: when you scan a QR code on BMG merchandise, we record the time, which product was scanned, and an approximate city and region based on your IP address. We do not store your IP address. City and region may appear in the public scan feed on our homepage. To count each item only once per device, the scan link also sets a small cookie named bmg_seen on bmg-scans.netlify.app. It lists only the product codes scanned on that device, contains no personal information, and expires after 2 years. Repeat scans of the same item still open its story page but aren't counted again.

How we use it

  • To deliver what you signed up for or bought: courses, guides, emails, Launch Assist checklists, and community access.
  • To reply to you and schedule calls.
  • To send updates and offers by email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To run the We Eat Together referral program and pay earned commissions.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as systeme.io, Squarespace, Google (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Gmail), Make.com, Discord, Printify, Netlify, and payment processors, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any email.
  • Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing bmg@bmgventure.com.

Data security and retention

We use reputable providers and keep information only as long as needed to serve you, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

Children

Our programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our content is educational and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
