1. Who this is between

These terms are between BMG Ventures LLC, a Virginia limited liability company in Suffolk, Virginia ("BMG," "we," "us"), and you, the person who uses bmgventure.com or buys from us. That includes the free guide, the course, Complete Access, the community, the referral program, the BMG Essentials shop, the Full Online Presence Audit, and website build or management services.

You agree to these terms when you create an account, submit a form, place an order, or pay. If you don't agree, don't buy and don't use the materials or services.

Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

2. What this is, and what it isn't

Six Weeks of Success is education. It teaches how to read credit reports, how to dispute inaccurate items under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, how to set up a business, and how to offer education to others.

It is not: - a law firm, or legal advice - a credit repair organization doing work for you - a lender, or tax or financial advice

As part of the course, we don't pull your credit, file disputes for you, or contact the credit bureaus for you.

Accurate information stays. Federal law limits disputes to information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. Nothing here claims to remove accurate, current information.

3. No guarantees: credit, earnings, or anything else

  • No credit result is promised. No score change, no deletion, no approval, no loan.
  • No earnings are promised. No client, no sale, no income, no referral income. Any numbers in the course, the community, or our posts are examples. They aren't typical results and they aren't a promise. What you earn, if anything, depends on your work, your market, and things nobody controls.
  • No marketing or website results are promised. An audit, a website, or website management doesn't guarantee followers, traffic, search rankings, leads, or sales.
  • Your results are yours. You do the work. We teach it, or we do the specific service you paid for.

4. If you sell credit repair to other people

If you later offer credit repair services to others, the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Virginia (and your state's) law may apply to you. That includes rules on advance fees, written contracts, cancellation rights, and disclosures. Compliance is your responsibility. These terms don't authorize or license that business. Get your own legal advice.

5. The offers

The price on the sales page or at checkout when you pay controls if it differs from this page.

Courses and community

  • DIY Credit Repair Guide: free, in exchange for your email.
  • Six Weeks of Success: $150, one payment. 6 modules plus the bonus Sunday Tracker. Module 1 opens the day you pay. Each next module opens seven days later.
  • Complete Access: $500 paid in full, or Brick by Brick, 2 payments of $275 ($550 total). Includes Six Weeks of Success, BMG Pioneers (community), We Eat Together (referral program), the Pioneer Circle (no separate monthly fee), the DIY Credit Repair Guide, Launch Assist, and the Sunday Tracker.
  • Launch Assist: included with Complete Access, not sold separately. A done-for-you setup we build with you: your credit repair plan, your business setup, or your content launch, tailored to your state and situation. Launch Assist is live now. Third-party costs (state filing, registered agent, bank fees) aren't included.
  • Pioneer Circle: a membership in our private BMG Pioneers Discord (morning meetings, weekly Q&A). It's a community, not a course. Included with Complete Access, no separate monthly fee. For Six Weeks buyers, or on its own: $15/month, cancel anytime. Paid access ends when the paid period ends.
  • Coupon KEY88: takes $50 off Complete Access only, until the expiration date shown on the site. It can't be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and won't apply after it expires.

BMG Essentials shop (merch)

  • Shop items are printed on demand. Each item is made to order by our third-party print partner (Printify) after you buy, then shipped to you.
  • Shipping to US addresses is a flat $5.99 per order. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not promises.
  • Colors and placement can vary slightly from the photos on screen. That's normal for printed goods and isn't a defect.
  • Please double-check your size and shipping address before you order. See the Refund Policy for what we replace or refund.

Full Online Presence Audit

  • Price: $29 for up to 2 links, or $49 for 3 or more links, or any order that includes a website.
  • What you get: a digital findings report covering what's broken, what's missing, and what to fix first, delivered by email within 3 business days of receiving your links.
  • Report only. We review the public pages you send. We don't log in to your accounts, make changes, build anything, or manage anything. Never send us passwords.
  • Informational only. The report is our opinion and recommendations. It doesn't guarantee any result, and what you do with it is up to you.

Website build and website management

  • Website build and website management are offered by invitation. Pricing is given before you commit.
  • The final scope, timeline, payment schedule, and any refund terms are confirmed on our call or in a written agreement. If there's a written agreement, it controls over this page.
  • Management can be canceled with 30 days' notice by email.
  • Third-party costs (for example, domain, hosting or platform subscriptions, and paid apps) are yours unless your agreement says otherwise.
  • No traffic, ranking, lead, or sales result is promised (see section 3).

6. Payment

You authorize the charge you confirm at checkout. A failed payment can pause access or delivery until it clears.

  • Courses, Complete Access, and the Pioneer Circle are paid through the processor connected to systeme.io, currently PayPal.
  • Shop items and the audit are paid through the bmgventure.com checkout and its payment processors.
  • Website build and management are paid as shown on your invoice or written agreement.

Brick by Brick (2 × $275). By choosing it, you authorize the first $275 at checkout and the second $275 on the schedule shown at checkout. You agree to pay both. - It's one purchase paid in two parts, not a subscription. Stopping the second payment doesn't cancel what you owe, except under the refund rules in section 7. - If the second payment fails, access to the course, the Pioneer Circle, and Launch Assist can be paused until it clears. - Paying in full costs $500. Brick by Brick costs $550.

7. Refunds

The full Refund Policy controls. In short: - Six Weeks of Success and Complete Access: full refund if you ask by email within 14 days of purchase and haven't downloaded anything past Module 1. After that, fees are non-refundable, except where Virginia law requires otherwise. - Brick by Brick: the window runs from the first payment. An approved refund returns what you paid and cancels the second payment. After the window, the second payment is still owed. - Pioneer Circle ($15/month): cancel anytime. Canceling stops the next charge. The current month isn't refunded, and there are no refunds for partial months. - Shop items: made to order, so no returns for change of mind or wrong size. Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are replaced or refunded if you email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. - Full Online Presence Audit: full refund if the report isn't delivered within 3 business days of receiving your links. Once delivered, it's non-refundable. - Website build and management: as confirmed on the call or in your written agreement. Management can be canceled with 30 days' notice. - Free guide: free, nothing to refund. - We can refuse a repeat refund pattern.

8. Your account

  • Your login is yours. Don't share it.
  • One purchase is one student.
  • Don't resell, share, or upload the lessons or PDFs anywhere public.
  • We can close an account that shares files, posts other people's credit data, or uses the materials to make illegal credit-repair claims.

9. Community rules: BMG Pioneers and the Pioneer Circle

The Discord is a working room. By joining you agree to:

  1. Respect everyone. No harassment, hate, or personal attacks.
  2. Stay on mission: DIY credit education and building your business. No unrelated selling or spam.
  3. No self-promotion or DM pitches to members without founder approval.
  4. Privacy is non-negotiable. Never post credit reports, screenshots of reports, bureau letters, SSNs, dates of birth, account numbers, addresses, or anyone's personal identifiers. Not yours, not anyone else's. Mods delete these on sight.
  5. No promises. Nobody, including founders, mods, and members, may promise or imply score increases, deletions, approvals, or income.
  6. No done-for-you disputes. Members don't write, file, or send disputes for other members, and don't offer credit repair services in the community.
  7. Education, not advice. Share your experience as your experience, not as legal, tax, or financial advice.
  8. What's said in the Circle stays in the Circle. Don't screenshot or share other members' posts outside it.
  9. Share wins honestly. Don't present your results as typical or guaranteed.

Enforcement: reminder → warning → timeout → removal, logged by the mods. Posting personal data, harassment, scams, or repeated compliance violations can mean immediate removal. Founders have the final say.

10. Content and ownership

  • Yours: you keep ownership of the posts and worksheets you create, and of the pages and content you send us for an audit or a website. You give us permission to use that content only to deliver the service you paid for. If you submit a testimonial, you let us quote it with your first name and last initial unless you tell us not to.
  • Ours: the videos, scripts, PDFs, page copy, merch designs, and brand names (BMG Ventures, BMG Essentials, Six Weeks of Success, BMG Pioneers, Pioneer Circle, We Eat Together, Launch Assist, Sunday Tracker) belong to BMG Ventures LLC.
  • Your license: personal and non-transferable. Use the materials for your own learning and your own education business. Don't copy the files for resale, and don't present them as your original work. Your audit report is yours to use for your own business.

11. Referrals (We Eat Together)

Complete Access includes the We Eat Together referral program. The separate We Eat Together Terms control it. In short: commissions are paid only on money actually collected, after the refund window closes, and only if the buyer isn't refunded. Referral income is taxable to you. Referrers follow the same no-promises rules as section 3. Referrers have to disclose that they earn a commission.

12. Disclaimers and limits

  • Materials, reports, and services are provided as-is. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent Virginia law allows.
  • We aren't liable for lost profits, denied credit, bureau decisions, platform decisions (for example, a social network or website host), or business losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid us for that purchase in the 90 days before the claim.
  • Some states don't allow certain limits. Where that's true, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

13. Disputes

  • Virginia law governs these terms, not counting its conflict-of-law rules.
  • Before filing a case, email us and give us 30 days to try to fix it.
  • Any permitted court action goes to a state or federal court in Virginia.

14. Changes

We can update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Using the site after that date means you accept the update. Price changes apply to new purchases, not to periods you already paid for.
