It started during COVID. I was in Virginia, fresh into my first CDL job, sent out on a route by myself. Somewhere on that road I said it out loud. I am tired of this. There is another way to provide for my family without breaking my neck and watching somebody else get paid for my work.
I had to unlearn one belief. That it is hard to make money. It is not. It is hard to make money the way you were taught. Clock in. Stay quiet. Wait for a raise. The moment I stopped waiting for permission, the work changed.

Joseph Edwards — CEO of BMG Ventures.

I'm Joseph Edwards, CEO and founder of BMG Ventures — a Suffolk, Virginia company built on one idea: build, motivate, grow. I'm a CDL Class A truck driver with flatbed, hazmat, tanker, and doubles-triples endorsements. But my real work is people.
I run BMG Pioneers, a community built on Pioneer Points and real accountability. I created Launch Assist, a program that helps people get their businesses off the ground. I built We Eat Together, a referral program that pays people for bringing others in. And I launched the BMG card experiment — a hundred unique cards, each with its own QR code, so every person who scans one has met me in person.
