We Eat Together is a simple idea: when the community grows, everybody eats. Nobody at this table is trying to win by themselves.

It’s also the idea behind referrals at BMG. When you bring someone into BMG who needs plain-talk credit and business education, you’re not just helping them. You’re growing the table we all sit at, and a bigger table means more people get fed.

I was driving a CDL route during COVID when I decided there had to be another way. I never wanted that other way to be just for me. Build. Motivate. Grow. only works if we do it together.

The tote and the throw pillow are everyday reminders: share what you learn, bring somebody with you, and pull up a chair.
